Eggnog Truffles

   I love eggnog and I love white chocolate so why not combine the two and have an heavenly sweet dessert. I have to warn you that this is not for the fainthearted it is sweet.

   - 150 g white chocolate chips
   - 60 ml double cream
   - 2 tbs melted butter
   - 1 tbs dark rum
   - 1 tsp ground nutmeg
For decorating
   - icing sugar
   - melted white chocolate

   Place a metal or glass bowl on top of a pan half filled with water making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water then place the pan on a low heat.

   In the bowl melt the chocolate, cream, butter, rum and nutmeg mixing all the time until everything is well combined.

    Cover the bowl with clingfilm and put in the fridge for an hour on until the cream has set.

   When the cream has set, cover your hands in icing sugar and start forming the balls the size of a walnut. If the cream starts to became soft put it in the fridge for a few minutes and continue.

   When you finished forming the balls cover them with the melted white chocolate and put in the freezer until the chocolate has set. You can keep in the fridge in a airtight container for up to a month.
